Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18
  2. Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  3. Not have been previously suspended or removed from our services
  4. Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  5. For telehealth services: reside in a state where our providers are licensed

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Appointments & Payments

4.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or through our patient portal. All appointments require confirmation from our office.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards
  • Insurance (subject to verification and coverage)

4.3 Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to:

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule appointments. Our cancellation policy is designed to respect the time of both our clients and our providers.

Cancellation Requirements

24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full session rate.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment:

  2. Use our patient portal (if available)
  3. Send an email to appointments@serenitywellness.com

We allow one "late cancellation" (less than 24 hours notice) per calendar year without charge. Subsequent late cancellations will incur the full fee.
